Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS)
The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) is a national passive reporting system used to help monitor the safety of vaccines. It was designed to keep track of all negative reactions occurring after a person receives a vaccination, including those reactions not identified during clinical trials.
